Annapurna Circuit Trekking is an epic adventure route encircling whole Annapurna Range ascending from the small village of Bhulbhule towards the top of world biggest – Thorang La Pass (5416m) and descending to the ancient Lower Mustang continuing to Ghorepani village and popular Poon Hill (3210m). And the journey completes at City of Lake – Pokhara Valley.
Annapurna Circuit Trek is truly an impressive encounter of the archetypal lifestyle of various ethnic groups (around ten types) speaking their own dialects, wearing traditional custom and preparing typical local dishes. Annapurna Circuit rises gradually in elevation offering varied landscapes beauty experiencing different climatic zone – from sunny days in the alpine meadow to windy cold night in the arid desert.
And of course, the mesmerizing views of stunning peaks and valley allowing you to immerse yourself into world’ pleasant natural and cultural environment.
Ongoing progress on the development of roads has attracted a bunch of travelers in recent years as they like to complete their trekking to Annapurna circuit in a limited time using local Jeep until Chame and trek to Muktinath or Jomsom before catching a ride or flight to Pokhara.

Wauw! It was amazing, we came to Nepal without a plan And the guys from Archaic Nepal Travel helped us with every single detail. They take time and care helping us out, where to go and what the options are. We could go straight away, got picked up in the morning by our guide Aryan and the adventure begon. Standard itinerary and route plans are typically designed considering the average level of fitness of travelers and level of altitude gain on the trek (and multiple other factors) which can be modified as per the interest, time and budget plan of travelers.
There is always a room for customization of the given standard itinerary if it does not meet your way of interest and then please pass your opinion. You may want to stay in Kathmandu by yourself or maybe do sightseeing around by yourself; we will give you more information to do it by yourself if you ask us.
