There is no need of any prior experience for the flight. The day starts with 20-30 minutes drive from Pokhara Lakeside to Sarangkot Hill and followed by briefing & getting-ready for flight. Tandem flights are done with the qualified pilots and passenger with proper harness & gears sitting relaxed and comfortably watching over the grand view and you can even take pictures. Paragliding pilots are well-trained license holder with skills and they might show you some tricks if you asked for it.
